My normal suppressed loads run full throttle. Just wanted a quick start as to what people are using as I've not really gotten into shooting subsonic. I'm not a rook with reloading as I've done it for over 30 years. I use 5.5 gr Unique with the lee bullet, gives close. I found a little info from US guys doing sub sonic ammo for their AR15s.
I will run through quick load and see what I get too. I would look in a Lyman cast bullet handbook maybe 2nd edition. Speed of sound is 1,125 fps right (thanks Wikipedia) so you want to be shooting a bit slower than that. I don't have clays if memory serves, but I have the other 2. Looks like Trail Boss, tightgroup and clays so far for powder.
